eight months
At EIGHT months Hazel: Loves to play chase with mom and dad. Loves to walk around the house all day Loves people watching and will screech at you if she wants your attention. Sleeps on her tummy sometimes. Doesn’t like sleeping in her crib anymore. Took a two an a half hour nap a few times! Loves being outside. Gives her dad high fives. Weighs 17 pounds. Doesn’t mind being on her tummy, but still doesn’t want to crawl yet.

This weekend was a good one, it was quick -as it always tends to be, but we got to spend some time with Brand. Friday-day we went to my dad and grandpa’s work, Hazel had the time of her life. today at church she was practically perfect
Some Sundays I feel like I’m just going through the motions. I know I should go to church, and I hope to be able to gain just a bit of something from each lesson, but sometimes it’s a hopeless cause. Sweet Hazel is really good at distracting me. And I’m not blaming her because she’s a baby and has no idea what she is doing, really, she doesn’t. But it’s hard to pay attention.
