Hey mamas and mamas to be, I’m not the only one who has a hard time picking good snacks to eat, right? I feel like every time I go to the pantry I head straight for the candy or the chocolate chips because they are so easy to just pick up -plus they just taste delicious. I mean, being a mom pregnant or not, is just hard work. There is so much to do and we hardly have time to sit down and breathe let alone whip up a healthy snack for ourselves.
A few weeks ago I decided to make a little change and try to eat more healthy. I wanted to make sure I was putting good things into my body, and not just junk food 100% of the time. So, I went to Target and found some snack foods that I knew were me approved -which means they were easy to access and easy to prepare (meaning zero prep).
Then I realized I wasn’t the only one who has a hard time eating healthy/er snacks. So I decided I wanted to share my newly loved list of snacks with you all. If you’re looking for healthy snacks for moms, healthy snacks for pregnant moms, or just healthy snacks for anyone you’re in good company. I hope you enjoy the list I’ve created!
Chobani Greek Yogurt -vanilla is my favorite because it doesn’t have chunks.

Cuties -clementines
Cinnamon applesauce
Strawberry bars -I can only really eat these when they are cut up
Seven Sundays Wild and Free Mix -it’s like oatmeal and perfect for an easy snack
Zbar Protein Bar
Cashews/other Peanuts
Naked Smoothies
Trail Mix
Pretzels with peanut butter or cheese
Cheese Sticks
Blueberries
Raspberries -with or without yogurt
Hardboiled eggs
Larabars
