I’ve been searching for a good chocolate peanut butter cookie recipe and I’ve officially found it! Obviously, they are best right out of the oven, but they are also delicious the next day… if yours last you that long.
Ingredients
- I box of fudge cake mix
- 1/2 a bag of Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 a bag of Peanut Butter Chips
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
- Mix cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup oil together.
- Stir in Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter Chips.
- Chill dough in fridge for 1 hour.
- Once chilled, preheat Oven to 350.
- Scoop cookie dough into balls and place on a nonstick baking pan.
- Bake for 8 minutes (or 7-9 depending on your oven).
- Let cookies cool on a cooling rack. Enjoy!
