It’s that time already, time to send them all back to school. There are so many feelings that come with starting a new school year. My thirty-year-old self remembers it all too well. The anxiety leading up to the next morning, am I going to wake up late? Who is going to be in my class? Am I going to have friends?
I’m trying to prepare my girl for the possibility of all these worries and questions. Trying to help her know that she can talk to me about whatever she is thinking about. I mean, I know she’s only four but I’m trying to get this trust ball rolling while I still can. We’ve been talking about school, and reading these fun books about other kids who are starting school, or just all-around good books that have great lessons.
So, if you’re looking for some really-really good back to school books to read to your kids we’ve got you covered.
