You’ll Need:
A box of Devil’s Food cake mix
Andes Mints
2 Eggs
1/3 cup of oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine the devil’s food cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1/3 cup of oil. Stir well.
3. Scoop cookie mix onto a pan -no need to grease.
4. Place cookies in the oven for 8-10 minutes depending on your oven. While cookies are baking unwrap the Andes Mints.
5. When cookies are fully baked -they look like a regular cookie when done- take them out of the oven and immediately place an Andes Mint on top of each cookie. This ensures that the mint melts thoroughly. As the mint is melting spread it around the cookie with a spoon.
6. Let sit for 10 minutes -or till cookie and mints are cooled.
