Must See Model Homes in Peoria, AZ

Do you spend your weekends dreaming or do you just sit around wasting time? We’re often the dreaming type, that is, if we have all of our Saturday morning chores done and sometimes that’s a pretty big laundry list.

One of our favorite past times and ways to dream is by checking out model homes and dreaming of buying one someday, if you’ve followed us for a while then you know that already.

Last weekend we found these beautiful homes right off the 303 and El Mirage Road, in a nice quiet neighborhood called Sunleya. Clean lines, bright rooms, and perfectly sized living areas for growing families. I couldn’t help but picture myself living in the two-story that they have as a model. How would I decorate? What color scheme would I use? To be honest, I could move right into the model and my design dreams would be complete.

Both models we looked at had nice open floor plans with the perfect amount of light. The layouts were great and seemed to use all the space in just the right way. One of my favorite things about the two models is how open the kitchen, dining room, and family room are. They all flow perfectly together making for a nice large living space, perfect for family gatherings, birthday parties, and -mostly- for everyday living.

One of Hazel’s favorite things to do when we look at models is find her room, she loves looking at the kid’s bedrooms and this one especially caught her eye. A tea set and books, all the things she’ll ever need.
