I’ve officially realized that it’s so much cheaper to make baby food than it is to buy it. And it’s extremely easy and foolproof too! Most of the recipes are quite similar, so you can even make a few batches of different pureed food. Store the food in your fridge or keep it in your freezer and it will last longer. Check out our 4 favorite easy baby food recipes below.
We also really like making the baby food and filling pouches for on the go use. I like to put them in my freezer and then when I go out to lunch I put them in my diaper bag. By the time I’m at the restaurant they are unfrozen and ready to eat. We recently got this super easy to use squeeze station that fills the clear baby food pouches. I really liked how easy it was to set up and take apart, it was also really easy to figure out how to use. Is it just me or does anyone else get frustrated with hard to figure out products?! Not a problem with this squeeze station. The clear bags that attach to the squeeze station are… clear! I love that I can see what I’m feeding my baby, and I love that they also come with an attachable spoon for those early eaters.
If you’re interested in getting a squeeze station this one is really inexpensive, easy to clean, and easy to use. Check it out!
