Hazel learned her colors over a year ago, but I’m just now getting around posting how we went about it.
I love this simple and easy way of learning colors, and I especially love how versatile it is to use.
Find a colorful mixture of things; sometimes we used fruitloops, sometimes we used m&ms, and other times we used those colorful bears. I liked mixing it up for Hazel and getting her excited about this first introduction to learning.
For me, colors were the gateway to learning and teaching her. It was one of the first things she was taught, other than 1, 2, 3, and I think it really helped her take off with all this learning that she really loves to do.

Use this colors printable to teach your kids their colors. Another thing I did with this paper was laminate it, that way no matter what kind of colored item we used the paper didn’t get ruined.
