Guys, a few weeks ago I registered for my last semester of college.
I know it’s just registering, but it’s a really big deal for me.
When I graduate I’ll have been in college for 6 and 1/2 years.
And when I look back on it I wonder how I got through.
Those forty hour work weeks whiiile going to school full time.
(Obviously I got burnt out because that lasted two years.haha!)
Those late nights stressing about tests, stressing about presentations, stressing about life.
Those times where I compared myself to others because I wasn’t done with school or having a baby like they were.
Those times where I dreaded going to work and wishing I could just go to school.
It was all so extremely overwhelming.
Yet somehow I made it through.
I remember when I got my associates degree in the mail.
I remember breaking down and crying.
Crying because I was so happy to have that piece of paper–that degree.
I was so happy with all that I had accomplished.
It was a dream come true.
And I remember when I had that feeling that I needed to stay in college.
When I felt that I needed to finish my bachelors degree.
I remember how nervous I was when I went to my first class at ASU.
I’m finally on the verge of finishing my college career.
And I cannot be more happy about the whole thing.
It doesn’t seem real yet, and I don’t think it will until it actually happens.
But oh boy, I can’t wait till it happens.
