This crock pot replaces all the others and finds its way atop of the winner stand.
It was so delicious!
The only thing I would change for next time is to add rice.
Cream Cheese Chicken
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2/3 ounce package Italian salad dressing mix
4 tablespoons melted butter (divided, this is just a total)
1 small onion, chopped ( I used half of the other half from last week’s crock pot)
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 can condensed cream of chicken coup
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1. Lightly spray Pam in the crock pot so the food doesn’t stick once it is done cooking. Then add a teaspoon sized scoop of butter to the crock pot.
2. Turn the crock pot on LOW heat.
3. Place the chicken in the crock pot, (make sure the chicken is not frozen, if it is frozen you will need to cook it for a longer period of time.)
Plate and serve.
Again, next time I make this crock pot I would make it with rice.
Happy Eating!
