When we were in Prescott this weekend I re-fell-in-love with the sound of rustling trees. In Glendale we don’t have these beautiful trees so I only hear the sound about once a year, when we head to Prescott. This time we took an impromptu walk through the back ally way, after having a delightful lunch at El Gato Azul, when we heard the rustling of the beautiful tall trees. It was like something from the movies. The cool weather and the beautiful tall trees were quite wonderful and we caught ourselves walking through the ally just for the fun of it for quite a while. There is nothing like enjoying time with your husband as you walk through a small forest; hearing the crunch of the leaves beneath your feet and rustling of trees in the sky. This weekend was most definitely an unforgettable one.

If you don't mind my asking, is this in Arizona? I am from Florida and will be moving to Arizona in January. I have been so nervous because everyone I talk to says that I will never see green again. I know they must be over-reacting, but it still makes me nervous (even though I know that AZ has some BEAUTIFUL scenery that is different from FL). I have seen pictures and they never look anything like the scenery behind you.
Sorry if I sound stupid. Just trying to gather up places to see in Arizona!
