positive thursday: you can do hard things

Happy Friday Eve friends! Tomorrow I head to school to find my classroom. There is nothing more scary than not knowing where your class is on the first day and I am not going to be the lost student! So wish me luck with that!

I wanted to share with you some positive words. Words that I’ve been needing lately because sometimes I just feel down in the dumps! These are the feelings on my mind right now.

Can I tell you how much I love the scriptures? I really love them! I don’t read them as much as I should but when I do I get the biggest goosebumps and I feel so happy! I know that we all go through trials and are tested. Thes tests and trials strengthen our faith, they strengthen who we are. I know when we pray to our Heavenly Father we are strengthened and become happy. When we are doing what is right He smiles, when we are helping others He smiles. I know that we were sent to earth for a reason, one reason is to strengthen each other and lift each other up.

One of my favorite scriptures:
“5. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct they paths.” – Proverbs 3: 5-6
