Lately I have found my self stalking bloggers who have the BEST clothes. Yes, I know they have the best clothes because they say they get their clothes at J.Crew, Anthropology and many other fancy stores. Now, when I see these clothes I ooohhh and awww at them and in a way it makes me feel bad about my self. I exit out of the page and begin to look for bloggers ‘my size’, you know bloggers I feel comfortable around because they, like me, they don’t shop at J.Crew or Anthropology. (:
I’m not condemning these bloggers who have the opportunity to buy those clothes, in fact I applaud them for being so successful in life. But I’ve been thinking, my ipod has been on shuffle and the song “He’s A Hero” By SHeDaisy has been on quite often, it’s a great song, and it really puts things in perspective.

“You don’t have a lot, he’d always say, but thank the Lord you have it all.”
It’s so true, when we look at the things that we DO have we feel so grateful! I am grateful for the things I do have because I know there is someone out there who doesn’t have it as good as I do.
I like your cute outfit! More and more I'm gravitating towards bloggers with Target and Old Navy outfits, because that's what I can afford – and they know how to work it! It's actually more fun for me to put together ensembles with clothes on a budget – it's like a challenge : )
Wow I really appreciate this post! I feel the same way. And I hate when bloggers start out trying to show affordable fashion and wind up getting more money and only shopping designer 🙁 SO sad!
How do I follow your blog? I can't find the button!
I like this belt thing you have going on. Very Sydney Poulton. It is always great to show gratefulness for all we have.
See ya around the bloggersphere.
I feel ya on the fancy clothes too! Im doing the same 30×30 project and I got a lot of Old Navy, Target and H&M schtuff too 😉
