Did you check out my previous post?! I put this healthy breakfast recipe up and this afternoon I’ve been shopping around the internet for some healthy smoothie recipes. Do you have any good recipes that I could try?! Maybe I should buy a blender that works first. Might be a good idea! (:

June 13, 2012 at 3:53 amYes, a functional blender is crucial to making smoothies. Unless you want to crush and mix by hand (I'm not even sure you can actually do that.)
Anyways, I add frozen strawberries, blueberries and peaches with yogurt I froze the day before with a 5 oz can of peach nectar. Not sure how super healthy it is, but it sure does taste good!
