Do you have days where you just feel like you are worthless, that you have wasted your life away, that you should have chosen to be someone else? That you are a waste of time and effort and that you are just plain stupid?
Well, I’m here to tell you that you are none of those things! And that you are the exact opposite!
Your life is a gift that you were given and you choose to do with it what you may. The choices we make in life determine who we are and who we can become. I choose to be positive and to turn away from the the evil choices of the world. I choose to hold my head high and remember who I really am.
There are so many things in life that get us down and make us feel bad about our selves (being involved with social websites doesn’t help haha). If anything we feel that ‘the grass is greener on the other side’ and that we want that grass to be on our side, with all its lushness and softness! (: The truth is, no-one wants to share there faults, how fun would that be if we knew they weren’t perfect? …
But because I know that my life has a purpose and that I have purpose I know that I cannot compare myself to people around me. As long as I know that I truly am on the right path, that I am following Heavenly Father, I know that I will get where I need to be. I know we all can be helping hands and that we all have a purpose here! We just need to remember that we do!!

May 10, 2012 at 2:08 pmHi Alyssa! Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog – I appreciate you stopping by! And I think this is such a sweet post. We all have days where we question our purpose and how much we are making a difference in the world. What a great reminder of God's love for us!

May 15, 2012 at 7:26 pmJust found your blog today and what a beautiful post to stumble across! I think we all struggle with this, as much as we like to kid ourselves and say we don't. So grateful for the church and the things it teaches us.
And I LOVE Teen Mom too! Couldn't help but notice that on your About me. It doesn't get any better than that show- isn't Amber such a mess!??!
